RETURN POLICY
VamvaxShop in order to provide you with the best possible service applies a flexible returns policy.
The customer has the right to return a product whether it is defective or unsatisfactory and request its replacement.
In case you decide to return the product, it is necessary to meet the following conditions:
Product returns are accepted within 15 ημερών from the date indicated on the sales document.
Under no circumstances can a product be accepted which is not in its original condition. This means that the product must:
- Not having been washed.
- To have all his labels.
- The packaging must not have been damaged.
The product must be returned with all the documents that accompanied it, such as the retail receipt, the delivery note, etc.
Sleeping products such as pillows and mattresses cannot be accepted for hygiene reasons if they have been removed from their packaging.

You can fill in and send us the return form that you will find here. Either you followed the steps below.
1. Contact us either online via email at info@vamvaxshop.com, or by phone at 210 93 16 898 to clarify the details of the return. Product returns are made exclusively for products purchased from the online store itself.
2. Pack the product so that it is protected during shipment.
3. The return must be accompanied by a copy of the retail sales receipt.
4. If the product has a defect or a mistake has been made in your order, send the parcel through the courier agency from which you received your order or with any agency you wish, indicating the reason for the return / exchange of the product, under the attention of the Returns Department.
Along with the return process, you can place a new order with the product you want in our online store. In the comments field, please indicate that this is a change as well as the number from the retail receipt you received when you sent your order.
Once we receive the product you sent us for return, we will start the process of sending the new order.
*Please note that the return costs are charged by the company only in case of our error or defective product. In any other case the costs are charged to the customer.
