HOW TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER
The ways of receiving your order are the following:
- Shipping to your location (courier partner Courier Center).
- Pick-up from the nearest Courier Center store.
- Pick-up from our store in the center of Athens ( Νικίου 4, Αθήνα, Τ.Κ. 10560).
- Pick-up from a Box Now locker of your choice.
More information about your orders:
- The processing of your orders starts in the morning at 9:00 of each day. Their preparation and delivery to the Courier Center is done twice a day, so we have the fastest possible delivery of your orders.
- The delivery of your order with destination within the Attica basin takes place within 4-7 working days, for other land destinations the delivery takes 4-10 working days and finally the delivery of the order for island destinations will be completed within 4-12 working days.
- The delivery of products takes place Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 19:00 and Saturday from 09:00 to 15:00.
- If you wish the delivery of the parcel to take place at specific times within three hours (mornings: 09:00-14:00 or afternoons: 14:00-19:00), we would suggest for your convenience to indicate this in the note field that appears at the final stage "Order Completion" of your purchase.
- If your schedule is complicated, choose to pick up your order from Courier Center's partner stores.
- For your better information regarding the shipment of your order, VamvaxShop sends you via e-mail the shipping number, which you place on the Courier Center page to be informed of the exact status of your order and the exact delivery time: https://www.courier.gr/track .
Finally, we would like to inform you that vamvaxshop.com is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of products when unforeseeable factors are involved in the process.
Indicatively, it is not responsible for delivery delays due to intermediate loading - unloading areas, transport strikes or other types of strikes affecting the movement of goods. In this case, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you.
